PATENT PENDING

  1. Complete and submit all required documents.
  2. We will contact your mortgage lender and arrange the possibility to take over your mortgage.
  3. Investor or PLC chooses to take over your mortgage payments.
  4. We will contact your mortgage lender and take over your mortgage.
  5. You may stay in your home until it is sold.
  6. Your home is sold.
  7. You will receive 75% of your home’s net equity minus payments paid into your mortgage by an investor or PLC.
  8. You will move into a new home if you have not already done so.
